Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer service inquiries via chat, email, and other platforms.
- Process and manage online orders across various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and update product listings and inventory in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports related to orders, returns, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an e-commerce admin or customer service role, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Familiar with ERP systems and basic e-commerce operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
