Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui fitur chat atau pesan di platform.
Memberikan informasi tentang produk, kebijakan pengembalian, atau pengiriman.
Menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.

Kualifikasi Umum:

Memiliki pengalaman handle platform marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia)
Berorientasi pada detail dan teliti.
Menguasai Microsoft Office (excel)
Mengetahui product IT (software) jadi nilai plus
Bersedia bekerja secara shifting Malam (17.00 - 00.00 WIB)
