Job Description

Manage and update products across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Upload product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing, and variations)
Ensure stock availability and pricing are always up-to-date
Monitor store performance (store health, ratings, and overall metrics)
Execute promotional campaigns (flash sales, discounts, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a marketplace admin
Familiar with marketplaces: Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Lazada, Shopify
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Familiar with Omnichannel systems
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work efficiently
Able to work both independently and in a team
Able to work under targets and deadlines
High initiative with strong problem-solving skills
