Job Description

- Mengelola toko di Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok Shop Seller Center.

- Upload produk beserta foto, deskripsi, harga, dan variasi produk.

- Membuat serta mengelola campaign marketplace (Tanggal Kembar, Payday Sale, Flash Sale, Campaign Tematik, dll.).

- Membuat dan mengatur voucher promo, diskon toko, serta program promosi lainnya.

- Membalas chat pelanggan dengan cepat, ramah, dan profesional.

- Menangani komplain pelanggan serta memberikan solusi yang tepat sesuai SOP perusahaan.

- Memastikan informasi produk selalu akurat dan up to date.

- Membantu monitoring stok dan berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang apabila terdapat kendala.

- Membantu menjaga performa toko sesuai target perusahaan.
