Job description for Admin E-Commerce / Marketplace ( shift malam ) at VONA
Deskrpisi Pekerjaan:
- Memproses & mencetak resi pengiriman/kertas print order dari marketplace / e-commerce.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap performa toko di marketplace (chat, penjualan, rating, dll)
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim eksternal (seperti tim ekspedisi).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing / internal lainnya terkait promo dan campaign.
- Membalas chat setiap customer pada marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dll).
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang yang sama.
- Menguasai marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dll).
- Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, Komputer dan Internet.
- Memiliki attitude & keterampilan komunikasi verbal yang baik.
- Rajin, teliti dan jujur.
- Dapat bekerja dalam team dan mau belajar.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan.
- Bersedia berkerja dengan ketentuan Shift Malam (jam 16:00 - 01:00)
