Job description for Admin dan Estimator Project at PT TALENTA TRI KARYA

Kualifikasi:

Pria/ Wanita, maksimal usia 35thn

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai admin proyek, quantity surveyor, atau estimator

Mampu membaca gambar kerja (arsitektur, struktur, MEP) dan menghitung Bill of Quantity

Menguasai Microsoft Excel (rumus, pivot) dan Word; AutoCAD dasar menjadi nilai tambah

Memahami AHSP dan struktur biaya konstruksi

Teliti, rapi, jujur, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu

Komunikatif dan dapat bekerja dalam tim maupun mandiri
