General Jobdesc.
a. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other social media platforms.
b. Social Media :
• Develop and organize content plans that are consistent with the brand or corporate identity for each social media managed.
• Prepare social media progress reports for each brand or company.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for social media marketing strategies.
• Always updated with the development of social media trends.
c. Understand and empathize with customer needs, motivations, and emotions to deliver personalized service.
d. Work closely with production and administrative teams to ensure customer needs are communicated and met in a timely manner.
e. Participate in several external exhibition events with other marketing activities to promote products traditionally or digitally.
f. Staying up-to-date with trends.
General Qualifications.
1. Female.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in any field & Freshgraduate are welcome.
3. Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. Min.1 Years experience as Customer Service & Admin Sales & Marketing.
4. Have a service oriented personality to customers.
5. Communication Excellent command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
6. Responsible, motivated, and possesses a keen eye for detail.
7. Familiarity with current trends relevant to the company’s industry is a plus.
