What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Understand customer needs, cargo requirements, and logistics challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Build strong collaboration, communication, and coordination with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) to resolve operational and service-related challenges.
- Address client concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.
What You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with all major background
- Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals and partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Having related experiences in logistics companies or startup companies would be preferred
- A determined person, curious, initiative, eager to learn, persuasive, and energetic
- Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) or Google Workspace (Sheet,Docs,Slides)
