The Admin Customer Service is responsible for providing professional customer support while managing administrative tasks related to customer inquiries, orders, reservations and feedback. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation and effective coordination with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, messaging applications and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, promotions and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and requests ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.
- Maintain positive customer relationships by delivering courteous and solution-oriented service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
- Process customer orders, reservations, bookings and service requests accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases and transaction history.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules or service completion and provide updates to customers.
- Ensure accuracy in all customer communications and documentation.
