**Admin Customer Service / Marketplace Admin**

Kualifikasi:

* Wanita

* Mampu mengoperasikan marketplace dan media sosial

* Fast response dan komunikatif

* Teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab

* Terbiasa handle chat customer

* Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

Jobdesk:

* Membalas chat customer melalui Shopee, WhatsApp, dan marketplace lainnya

* Memberikan informasi produk kepada customer

* Membantu proses pesanan dan follow up order

* Menangani kendala atau komplain customer dengan baik

* Mengelola admin penjualan dan data pesanan

* Berkoordinasi dengan tim packing dan operasional
