Job description for Admin CRM at Kilap Global Group
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Memastikan data pelanggan di CRM akurat dan terkini.
- Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan masalah pelanggan.
- Melaksanakan kampanye loyalitas pelanggan dan memantau efektivitasnya.
- Menganalisis data pelanggan untuk mendukung strategi bisnis.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/K Sederajat.
- Pengalaman kerja atau magang 1 tahun di posisi serupa, diutamakan di marketplace atau e-commerce.
- Komunikasi yang baik dan perhatian pada detail.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
