Job Descriptions:
- Process, verify, and administer claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Receive, review, and verify the completeness of claim documents, including invoices, proof of transactions, and sales-related documents.
- Ensure all supporting documents comply with the applicable promotion or sales program requirements.
- Enter, maintain, and summarize claim data using the company's internal systems or software.
- Submit claim payment requests and monitor the payment process with the relevant departments until completion.
- Verify the accuracy and eligibility of claims based on the applicable promotion schemes and company policies.
- Ensure claim payments are made only to eligible recipients.
- Maintain and organize all claim documents systematically for audit purposes and future reference.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other related departments to obtain supporting documents and resolve claim-related issues.
- Follow up on pending or outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status, outstanding claims, and other related data as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in reviewing data and supporting documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and company database systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to data accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and accountability.
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
