PT Cantik Alami Sehat is continuously growing, and we are looking for an Admin Affiliate to support our affiliate marketing activities. This role focuses on managing affiliate communications, assisting partners with account and campaign-related inquiries, and supporting affiliate engagement to improve campaign participation and performance.
As an Admin Affiliate, you will work closely with affiliates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, provide accurate information, and maintain positive relationships with affiliate partners.
Qualifications
1. Minimum education of SMK (Vocational High School).
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, responsive, and well-organized.
6. Able to handle inquiries and solve problems effectively.
7. Interested in beauty products, social media, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
What Will You Do?
1. Respond promptly to incoming chats, messages, and inquiries from affiliates to maintain partner satisfaction.
2. Assist affiliates in resolving account, tracking, and payout-related issues by providing appropriate solutions.
3. Clear explanations of active affiliate campaigns, commission structures, terms, and promotional guidelines to partners.
4. Actively invite, onboard, and encourage existing and prospective affiliates to participate in upcoming and ongoing campaigns.
5. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliates to boost performance and retention
