Job Description
As an Admin Accounting, you will support the daily finance and accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial records and organized administration.
Responsibilities
* Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting documents.
* Process invoices, payments, and petty cash.
* Assist with bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
* Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.
* Ensure all accounting records are accurate and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance Administration.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
