Job description for Admin Accounting at Kokai Indo Abadi

Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Melakukan input dan pencatatan transaksi keuangan perusahaan.
  2. Mengelola administrasi invoice, pembayaran, dan dokumen accounting
  3. Membantu pembuatan laporan keuangan dan rekap transaksi.
  4. Mengarsipkan dokumen keuangan dan administrasi perusahaan dengan rapi.
  5. Membantu proses petty cash dan pembayaran operasional.
  6. Memastikan data dan dokumen accounting tersusun dengan baik dan akurat.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 Akuntansi atau jurusan terkait.
  2. Memahami dasar administrasi dan accounting
  3. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
  4. Teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
  5. Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja full time dalam status part time.
  6. Pengalaman di bidang admin/accounting menjadi nilai tambah.
