Job description for Admin Accounting & Finance at PT. SINERGI MEGA KARYA

URAIAN TUGAS PEKERJAAN

a. Melakukan pengecekan stock barang harian

b. Melakukan pengecekan barang keluar.

c. Melakukan pengecekan invoice

d. Melakukan pengecekan surat jalan trial barang atau penyesuaian persediaan barang (NSS dab NSM).

e. Membuat laporan pembelian barang cutting tools lokal setiap akhir bulan.

f. Melakukan pengecekan faktur pajak (Daftar pajak amsukan dan pengecekan PPN keluaran.

g. Menerima dan filing form tanda terima barang (LTB) dari Purchasing.

TANGGUNG JAWAB

1. Memastikan kesesuaian stock barang di sistem dengan aktual barang

2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap penyelesaian apabila ada selisih stock

3. Bertanggung jawab memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen penjualan
