Job Opening: Admin Account Receivable (AR) & Legal HR
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Admin Account Receivable & HR to join our Finance and HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Generation: Prepare, verify, and send accurate invoices and billing statements to clients in a timely manner.
- Payment Processing: Record daily cash receipts and reconcile bank payments against outstanding receivables.
- Collection Management: Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and handle collection calls professionally.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular aging reports and receivable summaries for management review.
- Legal HR
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong understanding of accounting principles are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo Accurate, Zahir, SAP, or Xero).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills for collections, and high attention to detail.
