About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Activation Executive to guide newly recruited agents through their onboarding journey. Your mission is to ensure every new agent is equipped, engaged, and ready to hit the ground running.
What You Will Do
- Onboarding & Training: Welcome new agents and guide them through documentation, setup, and mandatory orientation sessions.
- Agent Enablement: Teach agents how to navigate company systems, use digital tools, and understand our Sharia-compliant products.
- Performance Coaching: Motivate agents to complete their first core activities (prospecting, presentations, etc.) and troubleshoot roadblocks for slow-moving recruits.
- Community Engagement: Organize activation campaigns, challenges, and follow-up sessions to boost early-stage retention and participation.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key KPIs—such as activation rates, training attendance, and onboarding completion—and report progress to management.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in onboarding, training, sales enablement, or team activation.
- Strong communication, empathy, and motivational skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to track performance data and maintain accurate records.
- Background in insurance or financial services (especially Sharia products) is a major plus.
