- Minimal D3 Akuntansi

- Memiliki Certified Accurate Profesional (CAP) lebih disukai

- Dapat mengoperasikan Accurate versi Online (AOL)

- Terbiasa melakukan presentasi dan menggunakan Power point

- Komunikatif dan terbiasa tampil dan melakukan presentasi

- Bersedia onsite di Alam Sutera - Tangerang Selatan

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Memberikan demo, presentasi, dan pengenalan produk Accurate kepada pelanggan pasca pembelian

- Update fitur terbaru Accurate & menyampaikan ke stakeholder

- Kolaborasi lintas divisi untuk pengembangan dan peningkatan produk

- Analisis performa produk bersama tim product development

- Analisis tren pasar & rekomendasi peningkatan kualitas produk

- Dukung retensi & akuisisi pelanggan

- Kembangkan FAQ dan basis pengetahuan produk

- Dokumentasi aktivitas support & penyelesaian masalah pelanggan

- Menyiapkan materi dan pelatihan
