As an Accounts Receivable Staff, you will be responsible for managing the company's billing and collection processes, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate recording of customer payments. You will work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to maintain accurate financial records and support the company's cash flow management.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices to clients according to the agreed schedule.
- Monitor payment status and follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Perform periodic accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Accounting & Tax teams regarding billing and payment information.
- Ensure all transaction data is accurately recorded in the company's financial system.
- Assist in maintaining organized documentation related to invoicing and customer payments.
