Accounts Receivable Intern

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance team, to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner.

If you’re detail-oriented, outcome-driven, and comfortable working with numbers and data, this role will give you hands-on exposure to real AR operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Issue invoices daily to maintain accurate AR records
• Monitor, track, and reconcile incoming payments to ensure timely collection
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices
• Support receivable reporting through accurate and timely data entry
• Assist with day-to-day AR documentation and process improvements

Who We Are Looking For

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable handling data entry and working with numbers
• Collaborative team player with good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable principles
