Job description for Accounts Receivable Associate at PT Esco Bintan Indonesia
Job Description:
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable’s data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable’s data.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
The Ideal Candidate Would Posses:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience at least 1 year of working experience in related fields will be an added value. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Attention to Detail.
- Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Good command in written and verbal English.
- Willing relocated to Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
