Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a senior, lead, or supervisory capacity.
Technical Competencies:
- Deep expertise in full-cycle A/P operations, 3-way invoice matching, and vendor statement reconciliations.
- Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems and digital expense reimbursement platforms.
- Strong understanding of internal financial controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and local tax invoice rules.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong team leadership capability, clear verbal/written communication, and excellent time management.
