Melakukan monitoring piutang (Account Receivable/AR) secara berkala
Melakukan follow up penagihan kepada customer sesuai jatuh tempo
Menginput dan mengupdate data pembayaran customer ke dalam sistem
Melakukan rekonsiliasi pembayaran dengan invoice yang ada
Menangani dan menindaklanjuti selisih pembayaran atau dispute dari customer
Mengarsipkan dokumen penagihan seperti invoice, kwitansi, dan bukti pembayaran
