Job description for ACCOUNTING at PT. THE COSTUME MAGNIFIQUE
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Able to use accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to prepare financial reports manually, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Good understanding of accounting, costing, and basic tax.
- Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and organized.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting documentation.
- Handle capacity planning and costing.
- Handle purchasing and expense tracking for kitchen needs.
- Monitor and manage petrol/fuel expenses and usage.
- Handle AP, AR, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper accounting documents and filing.
- Assist with tax administration and audit requirements.
- Ensure all financial records and operational expenses are accurate and up to date.
