Job description for Accounting at Sakha Coffee Roastery

Responsibilities:
Mengelola pencatatan dan administrasi keuangan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
Menyusun serta memonitor budget dan realisasi biaya (budget vs actual).
Membuat laporan dan analisis biaya secara berkala.
Memverifikasi invoice, PO, kontrak vendor, dan kelengkapan dokumen keuangan.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi data dengan tim terkait.
Menganalisis efisiensi biaya dan memberikan rekomendasi cost saving.
Berkoordinasi dengan Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Project Manager, serta vendor/supplier.
Mengontrol perubahan pekerjaan (CO/VO) agar tetap sesuai dengan anggaran dan ketentuan kontrak.
kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi atau bidang terkait
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang accounting (fresh graduate dengan pemahaman akuntansi kuat dipersilakan melamar)
Menguasai Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) untuk analisis dan pelaporan data
Familiar dengan software akuntansi (Accurate/Jurnal/Zahir — sesuaikan dengan yang dipakai Sakha)
Memahami dasar akuntansi biaya, termasuk pencatatan biaya produksi (cost of goods) dan rekonsiliasi transaksi harian
Mampu berkomunikasi efektif dengan berbagai divisi
Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu, baik secara mandiri maupun tim
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri F&B/retail/manufaktur
