Job description for Accounting at PT Sanjaya Garmen Aksesoris

Posisi : Accounting Staff (with Finance Back-up capability)

Bertanggung jawab penuh atas siklus akuntansi end-to-end dengan dukungan operasional di fungsi keuangan. Dibutuhkan individu yang sangat teliti, memiliki logika tajam dalam analisis data, dan mampu bekerja dengan ritme kerja yang cepat (gesit).

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Accounting : Memastikan akurasi penjurnalan, melakukan rekonsiliasi buku besar (General Ledger), dan memeriksa jurnal.
  • Tax Compliance : Mengelola kewajiban perpajakan bulanan (PPN, PPh) secara tepat waktu.
  • Finance Back-up : Mendukung fungsi keuangan saat dibutuhkan.
  • Analisis : Melakukan verifikasi data transaksi secara logis untuk mendeteksi human error atau ketidaksesuaian laporan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan : S1 Akuntansi.
  • Pengalaman : Minimal 3 tahun di posisi Accounting (paham alur dari input hingga financial statement).
  • Teknis : Mahir Excel tingkat lanjut, menguasai software akuntansi, dan pemahaman pajak yang solid.
  • Gesit : Terbiasa dengan beban kerja tinggi dan deadline ketat.
  • Logika Tajam : Mampu berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah pencatatan keuangan.
  • Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik.
  • Multitasking : Mampu beradaptasi cepat saat harus melakukan back-up tugas keuangan.
  • Jadwal kerja : Senin - Sabtu (08:00 - 16:00).
  • Dapat bergabung segera.
