Position : Accounting and Executive Secretary
Placement: WFO, Bali - Seminyak
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Hard Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, English (verbal and written), and accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, accurate, willingness to learn, fast learner, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
Job Description:
1. Accounting responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Process invoices, payments, and expenses related to jewelry sales, inventory purchases, and operational costs.
- Inventory Accounting: Track and reconcile inventory costs, including raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and finished jewelry pieces.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, supplier invoices, and customer payments, ensuring timely collections and disbursements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and company financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Sales & Tax Compliance: Record jewelry sales, calculate applicable taxes, and assist in tax reporting.
- Payroll Processing: Support payroll calculations and employee benefits disbursement.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management (monthly & yearly).
- General Administrative Support: Provide additional support as needed to the finance and operations teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, director and employee information.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
2. Executive Secretary Responsibilities :
- Assisting the CEO in managing the daily operations and all administrative tasks.
- Manage executive expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Supporting and coordinating the work, including managing the executive's schedule, taking care of correspondence, and preparing reports
- Provide recommendations to the managment.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective action.
- Perform other secretary-related duties as assigned.
