Job description for Accounting Supervisor at Chindo Business Center
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and taxation
4. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
5. Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
6. Able to join immediately (preffered)
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, including journal entries and monthly closing processes
2. Ensure accurate and timey preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
3. Review financial reports, bank reconciliations, and key account balances
4. Lead, guide and develop the accounting team to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
5. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes and financial reviews
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and statutory requirements
