Job description for Accounting Supervisor at The Pizza Company Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and inventory to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Manage the General Ledger (GL) and lead the accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of comprehensive financial statements in compliance with company timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting staff to maximize performance and ensure operational accuracy.
- Coordinate effectively with external auditors for audit purposes and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
- Support management decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree S1 in Accounting
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, with a strong preference for candidates from the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
- Hands-on experience operating Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Excel Expert (highly proficient in advanced formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling)
- Proven track record in preparing accurate financial statement reporting
- Deep understanding of local tax regulations and compliance
- F&B Specific Accounting Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in Inventory Management & COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculation.
- Familiarity with Sales & POS (Point of Sales) data reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of landlord accounting treatment, specifically regarding lease standards (PSAK 55).
