Key Responsibilities Area
1. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
2. Monitor all actual expenses and report the insights to the management team
3. Check all invoices and Entry to Accounting System (AP Others and AR Others) -Handling financial report (monthly and yearly)
4. Preparing of annual budgets per Department for cost projection
Requirements
Min. 2 year of working experience in same position -Proficient in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), Jurnal id/ Accurate
Previous experience in Real Estate/ Construction Industry preferred
Age max. 27 years old
Fluent in English, speaking English is a must
Willing to work in Head Office (MCC, Jakarta) preferred
