Job Description
- Handle daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and cash reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting summaries.
- Monitor and record company income and expenses.
- Assist with tax administration and reporting.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and properly documented.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Familiar with AP, AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
