TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA

1. Cash & Bank Management

• Monitoring cash flow harian

• Melakukan bank reconciliation

• Proses transfer dan pembayaran

• Update cash position report

2. Accounts Payable

• Verifikasi invoice dari supplier

• Proses pembayaran supplier tepat waktu

• Maintain aging report AP

• Koordinasi dengan purchasing untuk payment schedule

3. Accounts Receivable

• Monitoring piutang customer/partner

• Follow up payment collection

• Aging analysis AR

• Handle dispute dan adjustment

4. Financial Recording

• Input transaksi ke sistem accounting

• Maintain general ledger

• Membuat jurnal entry

• Filling dan archiving dokumen keuangan
