Job description for Accounting Staff at Bocorocco Shoes

PT Chosen Mitra Abadi is a manufacturing fashion retail company produces Bocorocco as fashion brand that offers footwear revolution. Bocorocco has more than 70 counters throughout Indonesia with 7 Luxury Boutiques in Gandaria City Mall, Pondok Indah Mall 1, Mall @Alam Sutera, Grand Outlet Karawang, Puri Indah Mall 2, Bintaro Jaya XChange Mall, Hejo Mall Bandung. Now, Bocorocco is Official Footwear Partner of Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and Indonesian National Football Team.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staff Accounting, diutamakan dari perusahaan manufaktur atau industri sejenis.
  3. Memahami prinsip akuntansi sesuai PSAK dan siklus akuntansi secara menyeluruh (full accounting cycle).
  4. Menguasai aplikasi Zahir Accounting.
  5. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dan formula tingkat menengah–lanjut).
  6. Memahami peraturan perpajakan Indonesia, termasuk PPh Pasal 21, PPh Pasal 23, PPh Final Pasal 4 Ayat (2), PPh Badan, PPN, serta pelaporan melalui Coretax.
  7. Memiliki pengalaman dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi, pengelolaan aset tetap, serta pencatatan persediaan.
  8. Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, berintegritas tinggi, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target waktu.
  9. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan berbagai pihak internal maupun eksternal.

Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Melakukan pencatatan transaksi bank, kas, dan penjualan ke dalam sistem akuntansi.
  2. Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan beserta analisisnya, meliputi laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan arus kas.
  3. Melakukan rekonsiliasi serta verifikasi data dan dokumen keuangan untuk memastikan akurasi pencatatan.
  4. Menyiapkan administrasi perpajakan, termasuk PPN, bukti potong PPh, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
  5. Mengelola pencatatan aset tetap, penyusutan, serta penyesuaian persediaan.
  6. Menyusun laporan piutang, utang, rincian penjualan, serta laporan keuangan pendukung lainnya.
  7. Memastikan kelengkapan dan kerapihan dokumen keuangan serta arsip perusahaan.
  8. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Finance, Purchasing, dan pihak terkait untuk memastikan proses pelaporan keuangan berjalan akurat dan tepat waktu.
