Job description for Accounting staff at PT CANG LONG INVEST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions.
- Perform cash and bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records.
- Handle tax-related accounting.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Store teams regarding accounting and financial matters.
- Manage accounting records using Accurate Accounting Software and ensure data accuracy.
- Support internal and external audit processes and provide required accounting documents.
- Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 Accounting field.
- Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in Accounting.
- Able to handle end-to-end accounting processes, from daily transactions to monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Experienced in Accurate Accounting Software.
- Familiar with COGS, inventory, AP/AR, cash & bank reconciliation, fixed assets, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Familiar with taxation and PPh 21/23/4(2) is preferred.
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple accounting tasks
