Job description for Accounting Staff at Liga Tennis
Responsibilities
- Record and manage daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform daily cash, sales, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of financial records using the company's accounting software and Google Workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial and management reports.
- Manage petty cash, process expense claims, and verify proper documentation and approval.
- Coordinate with the operational team to conduct regular inventory checks (stock opname) and monitor stock movements.
- Assist the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure all financial activities and documentations comply with company policies and basic tax regulations.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of all accounting documents.
Requirements
- Based in Bali (near our facility is a plus) and have the ability to move around different company facilities as needed.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate), and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, honest, and possessing high integrity.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (both internal and external).
- Work Ethic: Proactive with strong problem-solving skills, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
