Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, QuickBooks, or similar systems)
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions accurately
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing
Maintain and update accounting records and documentation
Monitor and reconcile bank statements
Assist with inventory and cost tracking if required
