Job description for Accounting Staff (AR) at Bottega&Artisan

Responsibilities:

Membuat Proforma Invoice berdasarkan penawaran dari Sales.
Melakukan approval Sales Order (SO) melalui sistem.
Membuat Sales Invoice, Invoice di Muka, dan Invoice Project sesuai dengan termin pembayaran.
Menginput penerimaan uang, pembayaran, dan invoice ke dalam sistem.
Melakukan approval surat jalan di sistem berdasarkan penerimaan uang.
Mengelola Jaminan Uang Muka untuk kebutuhan project apabila diperlukan.
Meminta Faktur Pajak atas invoice penjualan kepada tim Pajak.
Membuat dan merekap laporan piutang serta melakukan follow-up pembayaran kepada tim Sales.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi PPN antara laporan tim Pajak dengan data pada sistem Accurate.

Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi atau Manajemen Keuangan.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Account Receivable/Finance/Accounting.
Memahami siklus akuntansi dasar, khususnya Account Receivable (Piutang Usaha).
Memahami dasar-dasar perpajakan, khususnya PPN dan Faktur Pajak.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel.
Familiar dengan software akuntansi/keuangan seperti Accurate, SAP, atau software sejenis.
Memiliki tingkat ketelitian dan akurasi yang tinggi dalam mengelola data transaksi dan tagihan customer.
