Job description for accounting staf at taman harmoni triyagan
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a consulting firm, finance, or service-based industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or other relevant systems).
- Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data accurately.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of tax regulations (PPh, PPN), BPJS, and financial audits.
- Communication & Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with other departments and external auditors.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
