Job description for Accounting SPV at Syrco BASÈ
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax) and financial compliance.
- Able to prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Experience in cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and cost control is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial formulas) and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage a team effectively.
- High integrity, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry is preferred.
- Available to join immediately is an advantage.
