Job description for Accounting Specialist at Chindo Business Center
Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries and month-end closing.
2. Prepare financial statements and accounting reports accurately and on time.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and review account balances to ensure accuracy.
4. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
5. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documents and providing required information.
6. Handle accounting activities for multiple entities/subsidiaries and ensure proper recording of intercompany transactions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
4. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
6. Experience handling multiple entities and knowledge of intercompany transactions is preferred.
