Gentem Lifelong Learning is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team and help ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth accounting operations, and proper tax reconciliation.
🔎 What You’ll Do
✨ Handle month-end closing, journal entries, and financial reporting
✨ Manage and monitor Balance Sheet accounts
✨ Perform bank and payment reconciliation
✨ Support AR/AP and payment gateway reconciliation
✨ Ensure accounting records are properly aligned with tax reporting
✨ Work closely with internal teams to support smooth financial operations
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university
💼 Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
📚 Brevet A & B certification
📊 Strong accounting, reporting, and analytical skills
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
🧾 Good understanding of taxation, especially PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPh 21
💻 Experience with ERP or accounting software; Odoo is a plus
🏢 Experience in a public accounting firm, accounting services, retail, services, or education industry is a plus
