Job description for Accounting Senior Consultant at Moores Rowland Indonesia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B, CPA, or CA are an advantage.
- Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or outsourcing services.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing multiple client accounts, and ensuring tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, Xero, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting engagements from bookkeeping to final financial reporting.
- Review work prepared by junior and associate staff.
- Liaise with clients for monthly closing, tax filings, and audits.
- Provide accounting advisory to clients.
- Coordinate with other service lines (Tax, Payroll, EOR) to deliver integrated solutions.
