Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in a SaaS or ERP company.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
- Strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead engaging learning sessions.
- Ability to adapt training content and communication styles to different trainee needs and learning levels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness and ability to continuously learn new products, features, and business processes.
- Experience using Accurate or holding a Certified Accurate Professional certification is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Training: Manage and deliver training programs for new hires and existing sales teams using various e-learning and communication tools to support sales capability and performance improvement.
- Develop Training Materials: Develop, update, and maintain training materials, learning activities, and supporting resources to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with business needs.
- Support Sales Onboarding: Deliver product knowledge, accounting/business process, and sales skills training as part of the Sales Onboarding program.
- Conduct Assessment: Facilitate roleplays, assessments, and other evaluation activities to assess trainees’ learning progress, product knowledge, sales skills, and readiness to perform their roles.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Use training data, assessment results, and participant feedback to identify knowledge or skill gaps and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Sales Leaders, and other relevant teams to ensure training programs are aligned with business needs and field requirements.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Continuously develop product knowledge, accounting knowledge, and business process understanding to ensure accurate and effective training delivery.
