Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Word dan MS. Excel (terbiasa menggunakan rumus-rumus excel)
- Mengerti dasar-dasar akuntansi
- Mampu membuat jurnal dasar dan jurnal adjusment Akuntansi
- Teliti, inisiatif, komunikatif, dan memiliki etika kerja yang baik
- Terbiasa bekerja secara individu maupun tim
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang terkait (diutamakan)
- Domisili di Surabaya
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Pengelolaan data hutang supplier
- Update umur hutang di sistem
- Buat laporan umur hutang supplier ke pimpinan
- Pengajuan pembayaran supplier yang due date ke Finance
- Memastikan tagihan supplier dibayar tepat waktu
- Memastikan lampiran tagihan supplier sudah sesuai dengan invoice
- Memastikan filling data supplier tersimpan rapi
