Job description for Accounting Officer at Marquee Executive Offices
- Prepare monthly invoices (New and Extension) customers including the monthly General Services.
- Provide Tax Invoice.
- Maintain and report for Petty Cash of Centre (Branch)
- Provide Bank Transaction & Reconciliation
- Maintain and control of issuing Cheque books and report accordingly
- Prepare payment to Internal & External parties.
- Maintain and update Account Receivable (AR) Report and do collection accordingly
- Review Purchase Order which issued to suppliers/vendors.
- Prepare Monthly Tax Payment and Tax Report.
- Prepare Financial Statement to Management for review
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum working experience 2 years in handling Accounting
- Able to handle full sets of accounts and tax
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent computer literate in Ms Office and Excel
- Able to operate Accounting software is an added value
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level
- Short time period 6-12 months contract
