What You’ll Do
1. Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
2. Prepare and assist with monthly and yearly financial reports
3. Ensure timely recording of transactions and proper documentation of financial data
4. Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking
5. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
6. Assist in audits, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
7. Work closely with the Finance Manager to streamline accounting procedures and improve internal controls
8. Preparing and analyzing accounting journals through to the Cost of Goods Manufactured statement within the F&B sector.
9. Calculating the value of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods using appropriate valuation methods.
10. Planning, executing, and reconciling Stock Opname regularly to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
11. Understanding perishable inventory characteristics, handling sensitive goods, and implementing waste control.
12. Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reports independently or in coordination with kitchen and operational teams.
