Job description for Accounting Officer at Open Labs

This position will be placed under our BRANDS EMPLOYMENT not open labs

Job Description:
Maintain and update accounting records and files for Company
Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues
Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
Reconcile bank statements
Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct month-end and year-end closures
Prepare documents for audits
maintenance of Trial Balance, General Ledger and Cost Center data
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Operational accounting tasks : Account Receivable/ Account Payable
High accuracy process of data
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, preferably has 1 year experience in similar position
Good analytical skills
Has professional experience with Accurate Accounting Software
Willing to work in Serpong, Tangerang, 5 days/ week.
