Job description for Accounting Manager at Full House Cafe
ACCOUNTING & HR SERVICES – NEW RESTAURANT IN PERERENAN
We are a newly opening restaurant in Pererenan, Bali, and we are looking for a reliable accounting firm / accounting office to provide ongoing accounting and HR support.
Our restaurant is expected to have approximately 30–50 employees.
SCOPE OF WORK
Accounting:
* Recording and monitoring daily income and expenses
* Managing invoices, receipts and basic bookkeeping
* Monthly accounting and financial reporting
* General accounting support for the restaurant
HR & Payroll:
* Employee registration and administration
* Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
* Monthly payroll and salary calculations
* Employee tax and social security administration
* Maintaining employee records
* Support with hiring and onboarding new employees
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working with restaurants, cafés, hotels or other F&B businesses
* Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting and employment regulations
* Experience with payroll and HR administration
* Reliable, organized and responsive
* Good communication in English
* Preferably located in Pererenan, Canggu or the surrounding area
