Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
2. Prepare and review periodic financial statements to support reliable and informed decision-making by management.
3. Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
4. Lead and monitor monthly and annual closing processes to ensure deadlines and reporting accuracy are consistently achieved.
5. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to support business planning and overall company growth.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial data and operational activities.
7. Identify potential financial risks and ensure effective implementation of internal control mechanisms.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a managerial accounting role.
3. Possession of a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
4. Strong understanding of financial accounting standards and tax regulations.
5. Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
6. Experienced in administering, managing, controlling, and leading corporate fixed asset audits.
